Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- prior barista or customer service experience preferred
- reliable and punctual
- strong interpersonal skills

- refined verbal communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
- strong leadership skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- prior experience working overnight shifts preferred
- previous barista experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare beverages in accordance with menu standards
- fulfill guest orders promptly and courteously
- maintain a welcoming and clean environment in the coffee service area
- adhere to health and safety standards
- work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- assist with closing duties including cleaning and restocking
- provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries effectively
