Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a barista role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure prompt service to customers while maintaining quality
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment skillfully
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
