Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
- Clean all equipment and work areas
- Lock doors at the end of shifts
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- Input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customers
- Take orders, record in MICROS system, and prepare food and coffee beverages
- Ensure appliances like coffee makers are turned on and off at appropriate times
- Bus coffee cart areas and tables
- Clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment throughout the day
- Obtain change required for expected business levels
- Count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
- Resolve discrepancies and secure bank
- Follow company safety and security policies
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain clean and professional personal appearance
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality
- Welcome and acknowledge guests following company standards
- Anticipate and address guest service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Use clear and professional communication
- Develop positive working relationships
- Support team goals
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Visually verify information and inspect equipment
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds
