Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
Job Duties
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages as well as various sweet offerings in accordance to established service standards
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain store
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
- Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory and communicate shortages as necessary
- Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
- Receive, unload, and distribute deliveries
- Other duties as assigned
