Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Willingness to obtain ANSI Accredited Food Handler Training within 30 days if not already certified
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Availability to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- ANSI Accredited Food Handler Training within 30 days
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to prepare Starbucks beverages
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Process cash, debit and credit transactions using Point of Sales system
- Answer customers questions and phone calls
- Reconcile cash register and make change
- Prepare Starbucks beverages
- Re-stock food and small wares supplies according to established par levels
- Maintain safe and sanitized work area per Public Health District standards
- Deliver food items accurately and timely to guests
- Perform dish and ware washing duties
- Follow food handling and sanitation guidelines and ensure compliance
- Provide friendly customer service
