Job Requirements

Previous barista experience required
Knowledge of how brewing equipment operates
SERV Safe Certification
Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, crawl, push/pull, and stand without limitation and for long periods of time
Ability to carry 50lbs on a consistent basis
Reading, writing, oral proficiency, and basic math skills

Job Duties

Prepare, stock, and maintain your station continuously throughout the day
Greet guests determining their coffee interests and needs
Educate guests by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques along with serving pastries, sandwiches, and other food items
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
Use cash register, accurate cash handling and payment processing
Work as a team with others, train new team members, and cross train in other departments
Complete weekly inventory and order list
Clean and maintain all equipment continuously
Perform any other tasks as requested by Operations Manager
