Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badge
- must have reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual
Job Qualifications
- Experience with point of sale systems
- previous experience in cash handling and customer service
- barista experience preferred
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders with a smile
- process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and point of sale system
- provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions and resolving issues
- prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to our standards
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- provide information about menu items and make recommendations
- collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation
