As a Pure Raw Juice Barista, you will be at the heart of delivering an exceptional customer experience by preparing and serving a variety of health-centric products such as juices, smoothies, and bowls. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or barista role preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment or supplies up to 50lbs
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of healthy ingredients, and health benefits is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and point-of-sale transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy juicing equipment or supplies
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve fresh produce, juices, smoothies, and bowls according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, offering recommendations, and addressing inquiries
- Operate equipment and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and utensils
- Restock ingredients and supplies and perform routine maintenance equipment
- Complete standard checks such as temperatures of equipment
- Educate customers about the health benefits of Pure Raw Juice products and promote new products or seasonal offerings
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with coworkers and management
- Required to be able to lift heavy boxes that could be up to 50lbs
