Job Requirements

Must be 18+ years old
Previous experience as a barista or food service setting is highly preferred
Must be dependable with reliable transportation
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Must be willing to work a mix of mornings and afternoons and availability to work weekend shifts
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
Must have a valid Oregon Food Handler's card or willing to obtain one
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling retail math and transaction accuracy

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages energy drinks teas smoothies and specialty drinks with precision
Manage cash handling cashiering and basic retail math to ensure correct transactions
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly answering questions and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling and preparation procedures
Assist in food preparation tasks including assembling sandwiches or wrapping pastries as needed
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining side-work and quality standards
Uphold health regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
