Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 17 years
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and follow health and safety guidelines
- Availability to work on-site full-time
- Basic math and communication skills
- Positive attitude and adaptability
- No formal education required
Job Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 17 years of age
- Prior experience as a barista is admired, but not required
- Enrollment in high school or high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- Exhibit good manners, neat appearance, and proper personal hygiene
- Ability to work flexible hours
- An outgoing personality with good verbal communication and basic math skills
- Ability to smile and adapt to a vibrant culture
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow all company drink recipes and procedures along with customer requests
- Handle all food and beverage products according to company procedures
- Assist in restocking of shelves and unloading weekly shipments
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Properly handle payment procedures
- Perform cleaning duties as assigned
