Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is desirable
  • Prior barista or server experience preferred
  • Ability to stand on feet for several hours
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Availability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is desirable
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to memorize recipes and menu ingredients
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand on feet for several hours and lift heavy objects when necessary

Job Duties

  • Providing genuine and friendly customer service at all times
  • Cooperating with shift supervisors and back-of-house teammates and managers
  • Working various shifts including opening, mid, and closing shifts efficiently
  • Preparing and serving expertly crafted beverages such as lattes, frappes, and teas
  • Food running with attention to detail for accuracy and quality
  • Table bussing and maintaining cleanliness in the dining room and work areas
  • Taking orders using the Toast Point of Sale system
  • Answering phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
  • Memorizing beverage recipes and menu ingredients
  • Complying with food safety guidelines
  • Performing other front-of-house duties as assigned by the shift supervisor
