Job Requirements
- Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate in English and local language
- Experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
- Good grooming and adherence to dress code
- Ability to work professionally with public and team
- Ability to handle conflict professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
Job Duties
- Effectively operates hotel inlet KC's Korner
- Greet and welcome guests
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and establish adequate par for setup
- Pull food needed for daily production and manage leftovers as per SOP
- Ensure all food is ready on time prior to opening
- Remain in work area and plan next day's work when finished
- Prep food and clean work/dining areas during downtime
- Re-stock amenities as needed
- Mop floor and wipe tables
- Maintain good housekeeping in prep and storage areas
- Properly identify, cover, and date refrigerated foods
- Create menu selections per brand specifications and guest requests
- Solve guest issues with first class service
- Maintain food quality and service following company recipes and procedures
- Promote effective communications between departments
- Keep executive chef informed through supervisor
- Report needed maintenance projects
- Keep production charts properly filled and used as per SOP
- Perform other duties to fulfill organizational vision and values
