Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • legal authorization to work
  • basic math and reading skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve coffee and specialty drinks
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
  • provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • handle cash and operate the point of sale system
  • restock supplies and inventory management
  • maintain compliance with health and safety standards
  • assist in training new team members
