- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
- Extensive training and willingness to pursue excellence in learning about drink preparation and food offerings
- Food Handlers Certification or willingness to obtain a Food Handlers Certification

Job Duties
- Welcoming customers informing them about specials or new items answering questions and accepting orders and payments
- Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products
- Preparing specialty coffee drinks of the very highest quality as well as teas and other beverages
- Maintain coffee knowledge on current offerings and clearly communicate product information to customers
- Manage cash drawer following established cash handling procedures
- Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
- Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
- Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations food supplies and merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
- Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer and to your fellow team members
