Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capability to perform physical activities such as lifting, pushing, and walking
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • adherence to safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for coffee and tea
  • ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • willingness to learn and adapt
  • knowledge of sustainability practices is a plus

Job Duties

  • Be a warm host-guide guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service throughout
  • create coffee moments by sharing knowledge, coffee, and sustainability practices with guests
  • become a coffee and tea expert by engaging passionately with training and sharing expertise with guests
  • generate new guests by building a loyal local customer base and welcoming first-time visitors
  • care about safety by prioritizing safe and healthy environments for employees and guests
  • contribute by maintaining store tidiness, organizing stock, innovating new ways to improve operations, and taking initiative to support overall store success
