Job Requirements
- No previous work experience required but preferred
- Ability to work mornings on varying days and rotating weekends
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle payments
- Ability to follow scheduled shifts with regular attendance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Team player mindset
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and committed to a healthy, safe work environment
- Preferred previous work experience in a similar role
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
- Ability to engage positively with customers
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash, credit card, electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned that vary among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
