Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
- Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Stay calm during high volume periods to maintain store operations and set a positive example
- Operate cash register and handle payments following customer service and cash policies
- Keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and decorate customer display areas
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to enhance brand culture and follow operational policies including safety and security
