Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to work on call schedule with varying days and hours
- capacity to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- reliable and punctual
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- ability to operate POS devices accurately
- understanding of HACCP food safety standards
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible on call schedules

- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food service areas
Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- enter orders accurately into POS device
- accept cash and charge payments
- replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
- keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service
- clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area
- greet customers courteously and interact to ensure customer satisfaction
- relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors
- serve customers quickly and efficiently to prevent delays
- demonstrate complete understanding of daily menu items and explain them to customers
- act as an advocate of selling techniques by establishing good communication and assisting in buying decisions
- ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
- serve food neatly and attractively per standard
- perform other duties as assigned
