Job Requirements
- Some high school education or equivalent
- ability to read and perform math
- ability to read, speak and understand English
- ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
- ability to interact with customers on a friendly basis
- must be able to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
- must be able to work in any restaurant area as needed
- ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale system or cash register
- physical ability to bend, stand, walk and use hands repetitively during entire workday
- ability to lift 10lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
- ability to handle continuous exposure to food and cleaning chemicals
- ability to handle exposure to extreme temperatures
Job Qualifications
- Some high school education or equivalent

- experience working in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers and prepare their orders
- use Point of Sale system or cash register to record orders and compute bills
- collect payment and make change
- prepare food neatly, accurately and promptly
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and explain to customers cheerfully
- check prep area products and restock items to ensure sufficient supply
- adhere to quality standards, formulas and portion controls
- follow proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards including temperature and date checking and logging
- perform general housekeeping and cleaning
- maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- perform light paperwork duties as assigned
