Job Requirements
- Able to comfortably lift 20 lbs
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Must work at least one weekend as needed
- Available for day and weekend shifts
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time
- Ability to commute to Dorr, MI 49323
Job Qualifications
- No education required
- One year of barista experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work day and night shifts preferred
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience with cash handling and order accuracy
Job Duties
- Cashier including suggestive selling, cash handling, order accuracy
- Drink-making using espresso and other coffee equipment
- Food production including preparing bagels and bagel sandwiches
- Cleaning the store and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Following safety procedures
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining compliance with company systems and standards
