Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years barista experience
- Ability to work full-time or part-time in person
- Excellent customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Basic latte art skills preferred

- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and hospitable attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment
- Participate in training sessions and coffee education classes
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Demonstrate latte art skills when applicable
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
