Highgate Hotels is a leading real estate investment and hospitality management company with over 15 billion dollars of assets under management and a global portfolio of more than 400 hotels spanning North America, Europe, the Caribbean, and Latin America. With a 30-year track record of innovation in the hospitality industry, Highgate expertly navigates all stages of the property cycle from planning and development through to recapitalization or disposition. The company is recognized for developing a diverse portfolio consisting of bespoke lifestyle hotel brands, legacy brands, and independent hotels and resorts. These properties feature contemporary programming and digital acumen, leveraging industry-leading revenue management tools to efficiently identify and predict evolving market dynamics aimed at driving outperformance and maximizing asset value. Committed to excellence, Highgate boasts an executive team of seasoned hospitality leaders and corporate offices worldwide, serving as a trusted partner for top ownership groups and major hotel brands.

The Kimpton Miralina Resort in Arizona, managed by Highgate Hotels, promises guests an authentic Arizona experience across 40 lush acres with 50,000 square feet of flexible event space. This luxurious resort offers five pools, a full-service salon and day spa, and access to nearby championship golf courses, all framed by elegant Spanish Mission-inspired architecture and stunning mountain views. Within this vibrant hospitality environment, the role of Barista offers a unique opportunity to engage with guests and members directly, ensuring memorable experiences at the resort.

The Barista at Kimpton Miralina Resort is a critical frontline team member responsible for delivering exceptional guest service. Key duties include greeting and welcoming guests, processing sales transactions efficiently, and managing inventory control. The position requires attentiveness, friendliness, and courtesy at all times while interacting with guests, managers, and coworkers. The Barista contributes to sales efforts by providing detailed product knowledge and communicating guest or member needs to management. Administrative responsibilities include maintaining inventories, handling special orders and gift certificates, and ensuring the shop is well-prepared for daily operations. This role also involves assisting with inventory counts, display maintenance, and preparing amenity gifts, all designed to enhance guest satisfaction. This full-time hourly position requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional demeanor that reflects the high standards of Highgate Hotels and the Kimpton Miralina Resort. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service, with the proficiency to operate POS systems and a commitment to quality. The Barista plays an essential role in upholding the luxurious and welcoming atmosphere for which the resort and Highgate Hotels are renowned.
