Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years retail experience preferred
  • proficiency with computers and POS systems
  • flexible and long hours sometimes required
  • able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally
  • able to stand during entire shift
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize
  • attentive, friendly and courteous service manner
  • attendance at required meetings and trainings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome all guests and members
  • process transactions for all purchases
  • provide basic product information to guests and members
  • assist sales efforts by communicating guest or member needs to retail manager
  • maintain inventories and handle administrative functions including special orders and gift certificates
  • receive, tag and place new merchandise on the floor
  • ensure the shop is prepared for proper opening and closing each day
