Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2 years retail experience preferred
proficiency with computers and POS systems
flexible and long hours sometimes required
able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally
able to stand during entire shift
effective verbal and written communication skills
ability to multitask and prioritize
attentive, friendly and courteous service manner
attendance at required meetings and trainings
maintain personal appearance and grooming standards
comply with hotel standards and regulations
problem-solving skills
ability to understand and apply complex information
detail oriented
ability to cross-train in other areas
maintain confidentiality

perform other duties as requested by management

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2 years retail experience preferred
proficiency with computers and POS systems

Job Duties

Greet and welcome all guests and members
process transactions for all purchases
provide basic product information to guests and members
assist sales efforts by communicating guest or member needs to retail manager
maintain inventories and handle administrative functions including special orders and gift certificates
receive, tag and place new merchandise on the floor
ensure the shop is prepared for proper opening and closing each day
