Job Requirements
- No previous work experience required but preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
- Must be team-oriented
- Must be adaptable
- Must be reliable
- Must nurture a healthy and safe working environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to operate cash register
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to work morning shifts with some schedule variability
Job Duties
- Greet customers
- Take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales and operate cash register
- Collect cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
