Job Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, talk, and hear regularly
frequently use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects
ability to reach with hands and arms
regularly lift and/or move items up to 30 pounds
adjust vision to day and night lighting
handle food and hot beverages safely
runs errands to pick up supplies as needed
able to work overtime and special events
maintain positive morale and professional attitude

Job Qualifications

Entry-level position
excellent verbal and written skills
well-organized and detail oriented
ability to learn and retain product knowledge about coffee and tea varieties
strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport with customers
ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

Job Duties

Serves all products with friendly individualized attention towards each customer
educates customers about premium coffees and teas
ensures highest quality and consistent product standards
follows all Foxtail Coffee drink recipes and procedures
greets customers with fast, friendly, personalized service
accurately rings sales orders into cash register and counts back change
answers customer questions regarding coffee blends and product freshness
routinely cleans bar area, floor, windows, and equipment
assists with packaging and distribution of weekly shipments
