Job Requirements
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Open availability preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle payment transactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented and adaptable to changing work environments
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales and handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Operate the cash register accurately
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
