Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in hospitality
- Previous experience in an upscale coffee shop environment preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong work ethic and resourcefulness
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Compliance with COVID-19 hygiene standards
- Must be 21 years or older to apply
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Salt Lake City
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the hospitality industry
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and consistency
- Interest in hospitality and ongoing service education
- Age 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and equipment
- Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure smooth operation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for members
- Follow health and safety guidelines including COVID hygiene standards
- Receive and incorporate feedback to improve performance
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a fine dining environment
