Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1+ years of coffee experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience required
- Must be able to deal professionally and tactfully with customers and co-workers
- Must have good interpersonal communication skills
- Must work efficiently in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking and prioritization
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Must be punctual, dependable, and reliable
- Must be able to contribute to a positive team environment

Job Duties
- Manage the shift to ensure effective operations during your hours
- Support the team in delivering superior service while maintaining efficiency
- Aid in training and onboarding new team members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the team to keep the workspace tidy and organized
- Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
- Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
- Understand appropriate up-selling techniques
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Perform other functions as directed
