Job Requirements

- prior barista or café experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and food in Coach Coffee Shops
- take customer orders and recommend drinks or food items to enhance experience
- operate coffee machines including espresso machines and grinders
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- follow food safety and sanitation standards
- meet individual and store sales goals through effective selling
- support visual merchandising and floor sets
- collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
