Job Duties
- Open and close the station by organizing supplies and equipment
- clean all equipment and work areas
- lock doors at closing
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- enter orders into MICROS system and process customer payments
- take customer orders and prepare food and coffee
- ensure appliances are turned on and off at appropriate times
- clean tables and rolling carts
- maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, tables, and equipment throughout the day
- make change for expected transaction levels
- balance cash register at end of shift and complete cashier reports
- resolve any discrepancies and secure cash drawer
- comply with all company safety and security policies
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries immediately
- complete required safety training and certifications
- maintain professional and clean uniform and appearance
- protect company property and confidentiality
- support coworkers and treat them with respect
- assist team in reaching common goals
- meet quality assurance expectations
- move and lift objects under 25 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- visually verify information and inspect tools and equipment
- perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, twisting, and navigating confined spaces
- greet and recognize guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
- answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette
- perform additional reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
