Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Customer-focused mindset and self-motivated
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
- Motor vehicle record, drug screen, and background checks required

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to our customers
- Exhibit a friendly and efficient demeanor when dealing with guests
- Account for cash flow and inventory during shift
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and coffee machines
- Provide cheerful and helpful customer service, making sure each guest feels welcomed and appreciated
- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the company handbook
- Follow health and safety guidelines to guarantee the quality of our products
- Check products in cold unit area and restock items to ensure an adequate supply throughout the shift
- Perform light paperwork duties as assigned
- Complete other assigned duties or tasks
