Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or retail preferred
- availability to work 15 to 28 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- flexible scheduling including morning, day, swing, and evening shifts
- ability to stand and move for long periods in a fast-paced environment
- physical capability to lift 15-45 pounds
- ability to bend, squat, and stretch frequently
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- attention to detail and quality-minded approach
- proactive and reliable work ethic
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience as a barista or server preferred
- knowledge of food handling and safety
- strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties
- deliver outstanding customer experience and foster a positive environment for the team
- consistently produce quality beverages and food items
- take guest orders accurately and courteously while leveraging selling skills
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and product details to assist customers
- work across different cafe stations as assigned
- manage inventory levels and organize stock
- keep the environment clean and sanitized including cleaning furniture and counter surfaces
- routinely clean and maintain espresso machines and brewing equipment
- ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
- follow operational policies including cash handling and security protocols
- report missing articles or equipment damage and communicate with management
- assist team members and other departments to enhance overall performance
- maintain composure and patience during busy times to support smooth operations
