Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or retail preferred
  • availability to work 15 to 28 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • flexible scheduling including morning, day, swing, and evening shifts
  • ability to stand and move for long periods in a fast-paced environment
  • physical capability to lift 15-45 pounds
  • ability to bend, squat, and stretch frequently
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • attention to detail and quality-minded approach
  • proactive and reliable work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience as a barista or server preferred
  • knowledge of food handling and safety
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to work flexibly with varied shifts
  • customer service orientation and teamwork skills
  • capable of multitasking in high-pressure environments
  • proactive and able to take initiative independently

Job Duties

  • deliver outstanding customer experience and foster a positive environment for the team
  • consistently produce quality beverages and food items
  • take guest orders accurately and courteously while leveraging selling skills
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and product details to assist customers
  • work across different cafe stations as assigned
  • manage inventory levels and organize stock
  • keep the environment clean and sanitized including cleaning furniture and counter surfaces
  • routinely clean and maintain espresso machines and brewing equipment
  • ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
  • follow operational policies including cash handling and security protocols
  • report missing articles or equipment damage and communicate with management
  • assist team members and other departments to enhance overall performance
  • maintain composure and patience during busy times to support smooth operations
