Job Qualifications
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Learn and understand the entire menu and create drinks to brand standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards
- Comply with all safety requirements as outlined in the training program
- Must pass training requirements for all other crew member positions and on the proper use of the espresso machine before moving to barista position
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and work alone and with a team
- Must interact effectively with customers and coworkers
- Consistent and reliable attendance
Job Duties
- Prepare all espresso drinks using the espresso machine for in store and drive through orders including for blended affogatos
- Prepare chai and hot teas as needed for in store and drive thru orders
- Serve finished drinks to in store customers and the drive-thru station
- Restock barista area fridge
- Follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures for the barista area
