Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability to work afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts including some weekends and holidays
- Ability to work varying shifts
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register
- Compliance with university student work hour restrictions if applicable
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and punctual
- No previous work experience required but preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, and fruit blend drinks
- Operate cash registers and accurately record all sales, including handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation spaces
- Attend work on time and maintain satisfactory regularity
- Adhere to assigned duties and adapt to varying client requirements
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
