Job Requirements
- Able to work varying shifts including days and hours
- Open availability preferred
- No previous work experience required but preferred
- Must be team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable
- Commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
- Operate cash register and handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation zones
- Attend work and arrive on time for scheduled shifts with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
- Ensure a healthy and safe working environment
