- Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of hire
- Servsafe Certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to work early morning shifts and late evening shifts
- Availability for PRN (per diem) role with no set schedule

Job Duties
- Complies with healthcare foodservice industry standards, regulations, and guidelines including proper monitoring and maintenance of food temperatures during cooking, holding, and storage
- Prepares and serves meals in accordance with established menus and dietary guidelines utilizing appropriate kitchen equipment and utensils
- Maintains thorough knowledge of recipe ingredients to accurately address food allergy inquiries and special dietary requests
- Ensures proper meal portioning and aesthetically pleasing presentation following organizational standards
- Serves customers in coffee shop or retail food area and operates cash register handling payments
- Assembles, delivers, and retrieves patient trays and prepares cold food items such as sandwiches and salads
- Supports catering services including food delivery and pick-up
- Performs dishwashing and pot washing duties and cleans equipment and work areas ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Stocks food and supply items in retail and service areas and assists with inventory checks and restocking as needed
