Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of on-the-job training or experience directly related to job responsibilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests
- Basic math and money-handling skills
- Ability to operate computerized cash register
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Capability to work under varying environmental conditions including dust, secondhand smoke, and crowd exposure
- Professional appearance
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Determine guest needs and suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals
- Assist customers in the selection and purchase of specialty coffee beverages, whole bean, pastry and retail purchases
- Prepare a variety of beverage orders according to established recipes and outlet standards
- Operate electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions and transport monies to and from the main credit cage
- Ensure outlet is setup, maintained and stocked according to established standards
- Use and maintain all assigned areas and equipment in a sanitary, safe and effective manner
- Perform all job functions in conjunction with the guidelines described in the Standard Operating Procedures manual to ensure consistent execution of company and department standards
