Job Duties
- providing personalized service to all guests
- wiping up spills and maintaining cleanliness of all appliances and counter space throughout the morning
- removing trash
- greeting and welcoming customers
- resolving different types of complaints from customers or addressing them to the restaurant manager
- tabulating data regarding bills, total amounts, expenses in cash registers or recording them in computers
- informing customers about modes of payment available
- stocking shelves and keeping a note of stock that are about to finish
- handling money, currencies and coins accurately
- performing repetitive work without errors
- maintaining records regarding transactions on computers
- demonstrating basic computer awareness
- applying excellent interpersonal and people skills
- dealing with customers politely
- being dressed neatly
- working varied hours and weekends
- reading and writing proficiently
