Job Requirements
- Previous barista experience required
- Knowledge of how brewing equipment operates
- Serv Safe certification
- Ability to bend twist squat reach crawl push pull and stand without limitation and for long periods of time
- Ability to carry 50lbs on a consistent basis
- Reading writing oral proficiency and basic math skills

- Experience in handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare stock and maintain station continuously throughout the day
- Greet guests determining their coffee interests and needs
- Educate guests by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques along with serving pastries sandwiches and other food items
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
- Use cash register accurate cash handling and payment processing
- Work as a team with others train new team members and cross train in other departments
- Complete weekly inventory and order list
- Clean and maintain all equipment continuously
- Perform any other tasks as requested by Operations Manager
