Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work varied shifts including early mornings and evenings
Strong communication skills
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Ability to stand for long periods
Customer service orientation
Must be punctual and dependable

Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
