Job Requirements
- No previous work experience required but preferred
- Availability for morning shifts on varying days including rotating weekends
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Ability to attend scheduled shifts punctually and regularly
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to nurture a healthy and safe working environment
- Preferred previous experience in customer service or food preparation
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
