Job Duties
- Perform opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and work areas, securing premises
- Take and enter customer orders into the MICROS system
- Prepare food and coffee according to order specifications
- Ensure appliances like coffee machines are operated at the correct times
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, tables, carts, and equipment throughout the day
- Enter orders into cash register system, obtain payments, and provide change
- Reconcile cash register at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies
