Job Requirements

No previous work experience required but preferred
Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
Availability to work weekdays including morning, afternoon and evening shifts
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to arrive on time and demonstrate regular attendance

Preferred previous work experience in customer service or food service
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
