Job Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English

- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work day shifts Monday through Friday including every other weekend
- Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate specialized kitchen equipment
- Willingness to comply with health and vaccination requirements
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from complex ingredients according to standardized recipes
- Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
- Multitask to perform duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
- Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues or escalate to leadership
- Identify ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards and correct issues immediately
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area
- Prepare for semi-annual health department and regulatory inspections
- Create personalized experiences for customers, demonstrating product knowledge and accuracy
- Perform service recovery to address customer dissatisfaction
