Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and blended drinks in accordance with Starbucks standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest through friendly conversation and efficient service
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the counter
- Accurately operate a cash register and handle cash transactions including making correct change
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment including the counter, prep area, and equipment
- Demonstrate initiative and creative thinking by suggesting workflow improvements or service enhancements to supervisors
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and university policies
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations
