Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior food and beverage service experience preferred
- ability to stand or walk for long periods
- capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- knowledge of safety and security procedures
- ability to follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- open and close food service areas including signage and setup
- serve all food and beverage items professionally
- maintain cleanliness of food area including bussing and resetting tables
- greet guests warmly using names when possible
- inform guests about daily specials accurately
- anticipate and attend to guest needs
- familiarize with menu and keep knowledge of daily specials and drinks up to date
- keep areas stocked and organized including barista stand
- complete daily and weekly side work as assigned
- close all guest checks accurately
- perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
