Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior food and beverage service experience preferred
  • ability to stand or walk for long periods
  • capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • knowledge of safety and security procedures
  • ability to follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • familiarity with menu items and daily specials
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in food service areas
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • open and close food service areas including signage and setup
  • serve all food and beverage items professionally
  • maintain cleanliness of food area including bussing and resetting tables
  • greet guests warmly using names when possible
  • inform guests about daily specials accurately
  • anticipate and attend to guest needs
  • familiarize with menu and keep knowledge of daily specials and drinks up to date
  • keep areas stocked and organized including barista stand
  • complete daily and weekly side work as assigned
  • close all guest checks accurately
  • perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
