Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Open availability preferred
Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
No previous work experience required but preferred

Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
