Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages as well as various sweet offerings in accordance with established service standards (i.e. coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, pastries)
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain store
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
- Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory
- communicate shortages as necessary
- Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
- Receive, unload, and distribute deliveries
- Other duties as assigned
