Job Requirements
- Ability to greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to prepare food and beverage products according to established recipes and standards

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
- Answer customer questions and call guests by name
- Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Stay calm during high volume periods to maintain store operations
- Operate cash registers and handle payments accurately following company policies
- Keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge while following operational policies including safety and security
