Job Duties

  • act with integrity honesty and competence promoting the culture values and mission of the property
  • deliver legendary customer service by having a customer-comes-first attitude connecting with the customer discovering the customer’s needs and responding to those needs
  • contribute to a positive environment by recognizing changes in coworkers' morale and performance and communicating those changes to the supervisor or manager
  • assist with the training of new team members
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace so that coworkers can locate resources and products
  • maintain calm demeanor during periods of high volume or during unusual events to continue operational standards and to set a positive example for the store's team
  • follow all cash management policies
